Western Australian Honey Profiles

West Australian monofloral honeys are highly sought after for their therapeutic benefits, being potentially anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants and are a prebiotic - or good for gut health.

Some of WA’s highly active honeys include Jarrah, Marri, Blackbutt, Powderbark, and Yate. Each of these honeys has different flowering times and durations meaning they can’t always be produced on demand.
